Goals
Create
Log in to MyPrism and navigate to the App Launcher. Select Goals under the Elevate module to get started.
Click Create Goal.
Enter the Title, Description, Status, Period, Scope, Privacy settings, Business Function, and Goal Owner.
Once all fields are filled, click Save to complete the goal creation process.
Update
Log in to MyPrism and navigate to Goals via the App Launcher.
Locate the goal in the card layout and select it to access the Goal Dashboard.
Click on the Goal Title to open a detailed split view.
Update fields such as Title, Description, Status, Period, Scope, Privacy, Business Function, or Assignee.
Add or link Objectives, Actions, and AI-recommended Actions to the goal, and add comments as needed. Changes are auto saved.
Delete
Log in to MyPrism and go to Goals through the App Launcher.
Locate the goal in the card layout.
Click the Delete icon in the top-right corner of the Goal card.
Confirm the deletion by selecting Yes.
Goals & OKRs
Log in to MyPrism and navigate to Goals via the App Launcher.
Select a goal to open its Dashboard. To manage OKRs, click on the Objective %, KRAs %, or KPIs % section, or select OKR from the side menu.
Use the + button to create Objectives, KRAs, or KPIs. Alternatively, click Link to associate existing Objectives, KRAs, or KPIs with the goal.
Actions, Approvals and Decisions within a Goal
Log in to MyPrism and navigate to Goals via the App Launcher.
Select a goal to open its Dashboard.
Click on Actions, Approvals, or Decisions or use the Details option in the side menu.
Use the Add button to create new Actions, Approvals, or Decisions, or the Link button to associate them with the goal.
To add AI-recommended actions, click AI Recommended Actions, select the relevant suggestions, and click Add Action. The newly added AI-recommended action will appear in the Actions grid.
