Buckets

Create

Log in to MyPrism and head to the App launcher. From there, access the Eureka module. You'll find an empty bucket screen. Click "Create Bucket" to begin. Fill in the Bucket Title, select an owner, add members, choose a color, and provide a description, purpose, and goal for the bucket. Click "Save" to create the bucket. You'll now see the newly created bucket with zero ideas inside.

Update

After logging into the MyPrism Platform, go to the App launcher and open Eureka. You'll find the buckets you've created. Click on the gear icon at the bottom right corner of the Bucket card. From the dropdown menu, choose Settings.

Or,

select your bucket and navigate to the Settings tab. Make any necessary changes to the bucket details, and they will be automatically saved.

Remember, you must be the owner of the bucket to modify its details.

Archive/Close/ Delete

Once you're logged in to MyPrism, go to the App launcher and select the Eureka module. Your created buckets will be visible there. Click on the gear icon located at the bottom right corner of the Bucket card. Choose Archive/Close/Delete from the dropdown menu to take action on a Bucket. Any changes made to the Bucket status will be reflected in the filters of the Buckets screen.

Or

select your bucket and go to the Settings tab. Navigate to Status and choose Archive/Close/Open from the dropdown menu. Any updates to the board status will be visible in the corresponding filters in the Board list view.

Note: You can unarchive and reopen buckets by clicking on the status at the top of the Buckets screen, but deleted buckets cannot be retrieved.

Duplicate Bucket

Once you're logged in to MyPrism, go to the App launcher and select the Eureka module. Click on "Eureka" to see them displayed as cards. Then, click on the Settings Icon at the bottom right corner of the Bucket card. From the dropdown menu, select “Make a copy”. If needed, modify the Bucket title. Click save to view the duplicated Bucket in the Bucket list view.

Create Idea within a Bucket

Log in to MyPrism, go to the app launcher, and select Eureka. You'll see a list of Buckets. Choose the bucket where you want to share your idea. Click on "Create Idea" button. Provide an Idea title and description, assign it to the relevant team member, and click save. Your idea will now appear in the list of ideas within that bucket.
