Buckets
📍 Accessing Buckets
Web & Desktop:
Log in to MyPrism.
Open the App Launcher from the left panel.
Select Eureka.
Choose the Buckets sub-module.
Mobile App:
Log in to MyPrism.
Open the App Launcher from the bottom menu.
Tap on Eureka.
Select the Buckets sub-module.
Creating a Bucket
Log in to your MyPrism account.
Open the App Launcher and navigate to the Eureka module.
On the Buckets screen, click Create Bucket.
Enter the Bucket Title (mandatory).
Optionally, you may also:
Assign an Owner
Add Members
Select a Color
Provide a Description, Purpose, and Goal
Click Save to create the bucket.
The new bucket will be displayed with zero ideas initially.
Updating a Bucket
Log in to your MyPrism account.
Open the App Launcher and navigate to the Eureka module.
Locate the desired Bucket.
To update:
Click the gear icon on the bottom right of the bucket card and select Settings, or
Open the bucket and go to the Settings tab.
Make the required changes — updates are saved automatically.
Note : Only the Bucket Owner can modify its details.
Upcoming, Archive, Close, or Delete a Bucket
Log in to MyPrism and navigate to the Eureka module via the App Launcher.
Locate the relevant Bucket.
To update the status:
Click the gear icon on the bucket card and choose Upcoming, Archive, Close, or Delete, or
Open the bucket, go to the Settings tab, and update the Status field.
Status changes will reflect in the filter options on the Buckets screen.
Note:
You can unarchive or reopen buckets from the status filter.
Deleted buckets cannot be recovered.
Duplicate a Bucket
Log in to MyPrism and open Eureka via the App Launcher.
Click the Settings icon on the Bucket card → select “Make a copy”.
Edit the title if needed → click Save.
The copied bucket appears in the Bucket list.
Creating an Idea within a Bucket
Log in to MyPrism and open Eureka via the App Launcher.
Select the desired Bucket.
Click the “Create Idea” button.
Enter the Idea Title and Description, and assign it to the relevant team member.
Click Save to add the idea to the Bucket.
