Objectives

Create

As you begin your journey on the MyPrism Platform, after logging in, navigate to the App launcher to access the Elevate module. From there, select "Objectives" to start creating your own. Click on "Create Objective" and input the Objective’s title, description, select goal from the dropdown, assign business function, specify the period, and designate a team member responsible for achieving the objective. Once done, simply hit "Save" to finalize your objective creation process.

Update

Upon logging into the MyPrism Platform, access Elevate from the App launcher. Click on " Objectives " to see the list displayed in a grid format. Choose a specific objective to update its details. On the right side of the screen, you'll find the objective details to modify. Your changes will be automatically saved.

To add AI-recommended actions, click AI Recommended Actions, select the relevant suggestions, and click Add Action. The newly added AI-recommended action will appear in the Actions grid.

Delete

After logging into the MyPrism Platform, access Elevate via the App launcher. Click on " Objectives " to display the list in a grid format. Select the objective you wish to delete, then click on the delete button. Confirm your choice by clicking "Yes." You'll notice the deleted objectives are no longer visible in the grid view.

Link Objectives to Key Results & Actions

After logging into the MyPrism Platform, navigate to the App launcher and select Elevate. Click on " Objectives " to view the list displayed in a grid format. Choose a specific objective to link Key results and actions. Click on the "Link" button and select a key result from the dropdown menu. Repeat the process for actions by clicking on "Link" under actions and selecting from the dropdown list.

Add Key Results & Actions

Once you're logged into the MyPrism Platform, proceed to the App launcher and locate the Elevate option. From there, select "Objectives" to access the list presented in a grid format. Choose a specific objective you wish to work on. To add a Key Result, click on the "Add" button associated with Key Result. Input the Key Result’s title and description, designate a team member responsible, and assign a business function. Save your changes to view the key Result assigned under the selected Objective.

Similarly, to add an action, click on the "Add" button associated with actions. Enter the action's title and description, assign a team member responsible, designate a business function, and specify a due date. Once done, save your changes to see the action assigned under the selected Objective.

Export Objectives details

To export information for your Objectives, go to Objectives and click on the Export option located at the top next to the Create Objective button.
